Wonolo, an app that supports the flex workforce, had the distinct challenge of speaking to both businesses and workers in a meaningful way that would bring them together. The gig economy is a booming space that saw massive increases in popularity post-COVID, and building content to match their scaling needs was becoming difficult.
I worked with their marketing director to build out new content that would serve as both worker-forward and partner-forward marketing tools. I also helped redefine their brand messaging, guidelines, and strategy and did several UVP exercises to align value props to consumer needs. Deliverables included sales pitch decks, blogs, revised web copy, various marketing resources revolving around brand building and sales enablement materials, and so much more.
